2. Complete and Absolute Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in India, in no event, under no circumstances, and under no legal theory (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) shall ShopCJP, its individual founders, directors, employees, owners, suppliers, or printing affiliates be liable to you or any third party for any claims, losses, injuries, or damages whatsoever.
  • This total liability waiver applies to any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, personal injury, psychological distress, property damage, or any legal fees arising directly or indirectly from your use of this Site or any merchandise purchased herein.
  • You agree that your purchase and use of our custom-printed products are at your sole, absolute risk. Our aggregate, maximum liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be strictly limited to the exact amount you paid to ShopCJP.in for the specific product causing the alleged dispute.
3. Total Indemnification (You Protect the Founders)
You explicitly agree to indemnify, defend, and hold completely harmless ShopCJP, its individual founders, owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, printing partners, and employees from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, lawsuits, damages, penalties, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) made by any third party or regulatory body due to, or arising out of:
  1. Your breach or violation of these Terms of Service.
  2. Your violation of any applicable Indian law, regulation, or the rights of a third party.
  3. Your public display, wearing, distribution, or social media promotion of any merchandise purchased from ShopCJP.in.
4. Custom Manufacturing, Color, & Sizing Waiver
All apparel items are custom-manufactured on-demand via third-party print-on-demand networks (such as Printrove).
  • ShopCJP does not own or operate the physical printing machinery. We are not responsible for minor manufacturing variances, textile fabric odors, or slight color hue shifts resulting from different device screen calibrations.
  • Size Selection Responsibility: The customer bears full, exclusive responsibility for selecting the correct size using our sizing guides. ShopCJP and its founders are under zero legal or financial obligation to issue refunds, replacements, or exchanges for user sizing errors or change of mind.
5. Mandatory Binding Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
In the highly unlikely event that a dispute, controversy, or claim arises out of or relates to your use of this website or the purchase of our merchandise, you explicitly agree that the dispute shall be resolved exclusively through private, binding arbitration, rather than in a public court of law.
  • You waive any right to participate as a class representative or class member in any class action lawsuit against ShopCJP or its founders.
  • The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis by a single arbitrator appointed by us, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of India.

6. Governing Law
