Every single t-shirt at ShopCJP.in is custom-printed just for you using high-quality sustainable inks and premium 220 GSM cotton via our printing partners. Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or you received the wrong size/design by mistake, we’ve got your back! We will issue a free replacement immediately.

How to claim a replacement:

  1. Email us at shopcjp31@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  2. Include your Order Number.
  3. Attach a clear photo or a small unboxing video showing the defect, damage, or the wrong item received.
  4. Once verified, our team will process a brand-new replacement at zero extra cost to you.

 

Cancellation Policy

Because our automated system instantly sends your order to the production line for custom printing, orders can only be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Drop us an urgent email to halt production.
